1999 Forest River Pop Up Truck Camper
This is an excellent camper for the right person. They are becoming increasingly hard to find and have excellent resale value. This same camper, the same year still sells for $4,000. Made for 8" truck bed.
The Good:
-Camper is very clean inside like new and rarely used
-comes with half full propane tank
- 4 burner propane stove
-fridge
-propane furnace
- air conditioner
-fresh water holding tank
-cassette toilet
-12V inverter
-outdoor shower
-outdoor electrical port
-stereo with dual internal speakers
-canvas in great shape
-propane and carbon detectors
-can run on 3 different power sources
-lots of storage!
-never wet inside, all electrical and gas lines like brand new.
-stand jacks work very smooth
-exterior in excellent shape
The bad:
This camper needs a total roof-repair. Top will not crank up due to the roof damage BUT the gears do work and do not need replaced. If you can replace plywood and run some wiring this is a GREAT deal.
Roof is rotted 50% but since the actual-live in area of the camper has a metal railing where the canvas is attached, it is bone dry and in excellent condition. It has never been wet inside the camper or in the walls anywhere. Canvas is excellent.
