Hello there! Thanks for stopping by. This 1999 Ford E 450 30 C class Motor home belongs to a good friend of mine who has asked me to sell it for them. It has less than 40K original miles. They are the 3rd owner . they purchased it 2 years ago from the 2nd owner who bought it 15 years ago with less than 5000 miles on the odometer. The previous owner used it for camping at the lake of the Ozarks. They never used the oven or stove. In fact they hardly used the camper other than sleeping since they cooked mostly outdoors. The generator does has approximately 600 hours. When not in use during the summer the RV was stored inside. My friends who currently own it were planning to travel with a family member but due to illness there plans changed at the end of 2019 . So now it is time for a NEW owner. Here are a few Bullet points . ALL 6 NEW tires. NEW front and rear brakes with calipers. New Master cylinder. The Generator had the Carburetor and fuel pump replaced. Stored inside my friends large Building on the family farm. The awning was replaced by the 2nd owner. My friend put a hinge on the QUEEN bed that covers the fresh water tank. On the right wall the corner had sustained water damage. All that portion was replaced . NO water leaks or hidden damage. I can talk all day but see all the larger pictures below.
