You are bidding on my 1999 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 31E with less than 35k miles. It has the Ford Triton v10 and has yet to give me any problems. I hate to let her go but I must with unforeseen circumstances.
Big Blue is 31ft long and comes fully loaded with an Onan Generator with less than 400 hours and a newly rebuilt carb, Power Gear hydraulic leveling system, Kwikee electric steps, Panasonic Rear View Camera, CB Radio, in-dash Kenwood CD Player with builtin Bluetooth, and a 32in flat-screen in the front and a 19in flat-screen in the rear bedroom both with built-in HDTV tuners. Plus TONS of storage, both inside and outside/underneath the unit.
Everything is 100% functional and works. No leaks in the roof/ceiling. Snow chains as well as an outdoor carpet and tire covers are included. All new fans throughout the unit just for aesthetics as the yellow was getting to me, nothing was wrong with them. The HDTV Antenna was just replaced due to its age and there is also a satellite dish mounted on the roof, wired and ready for use. Just need the providers box and power injector. Tires were replaced last year with a 2015 DOT, so they have another good 4 years on them. Unit comes with day/night shades in the bedroom as well in the main room.
There are a couple things to note regarding condition:
1) The carpet around the engine compartment is fraying and coming unglued, i was going to replace all the carpet with hardwood flooring but never got around to it.
2)The front left (driver side) hydraulic leveler has a small leak from over extending. I was given a quote for $100 if i took the jack off and brought it to them however i dont have the tools to take them off. The jacks still work great and havent given me any issues.
3) Window surroundings in back bedroom have become frayed due to heat when it was stored.
Unit is available for inspection anytime during auction. If you want to see it, be ready to buy it.
The RV is being sold AS IS, with exception to whats needed for SMOG, with NO warranties given or implied.
Smog and current registration will be paid for upon auction completion and deposit being paid. Unit will receive a interior detail and outside will be washed prior to pickup.
