| “The carpet around the engine compartment is coming off and could be reglued down. The fabric in the back bedroom around the windows started freying due to the heat while in storage and the wallpaper glue they used on these units in the back bedroom on the lower parts of the wall seemed to have smeared/smudged, not sure really. Ive attempted to clean this glue off to no avail. This was prior to me taking ownership and seems to cause no harm. Windows/Shades are 100% functional too, just that darn outter fabric Other than normal wear, i think its in great condition.” |

The bathroom features a vanity with lots of storage and a toilet, you will also appreciate the shower. There is plenty of basement compartment storage for all your needed gear.
