1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 32G setting on a 1999 Ford F53 chassis with a 6.8L V10 and automatic transmission. Only 58,124 actual miles. Average miles would be well over 200,000. I am second owner and purchased MH from original owner in 2019 at Alcoa, TN. Purchased new by first/original owner at factory in Alcoa, TN.
Near new tires all around with recent front end alignment and front wheels balanced. New complete roof coating in June this year. Has two roof air-conditioners with automatic shedding. Factory 30 amp service. Engine air-conditioner works great. Excellent two way gas-electric refrigerator/freezer. Every factory option when new. ONAN 5500 low hours generator (Starts in and out and handles everything great.) Generator runs off 60 gallon main fuel tank but will not run it dry. 20 gallon LP gas tank built-in. 80 gallon fresh water tank. 40 gallon black and gray water tanks with flush system built in. 6000 btu water heater. 35M furnace. Two six volt golf cart batteries and two 12 volt main batteries. Inverter charges batteries when generator running or plugged in to 30 amp service.
This motorhome has plenty of power and loves to cruise at 65 mph in OD. Recent oil and filter change with Royal Purple 5W20 full synthetic high performance oil. Chassis serviced and lubricated at 58,000 miles.
The two roof ACs are fully ducted and are run through a control panel. There is a good working rear view/back up camera that works all the time. The wipers/washers work great and this MH is ready now to hit the road. Fully serviced and ready to start up and go anywhere. Pull off the road and it is ready to camp without any hookups. Ready to accept any RV park 30amp electric service for total needs or use household plug for nearly all electrical needs. The generator will run everything including both ACs. If you accidently screw up or forget something, there is always one good battery available to start engine and hit the road.
There is a 20000# rear hitch if needed with all needed hookups. The awning is in great shape and easily rolled up and down.
I would take this motorhome anywhere/anytime.
