My mother"s husband very recently passed so she"s needing to sell this as she cannot manage it alone. If you"re looking for perfect, I hope you find it. elsewhere! This RV runs great and looks and feels really good inside but does have some issues. With a little TLC OR accepting it as is. . you"re in luck! Don"t forget about the porcelain thrown (toilet). :) $1,500 or so has been put into it post previous owner. Some new tires, new batteries, fixed leak, fixed plumbing. Engine is in great running condition with 83,500 on the odometer. Water systems work great. Fridge works great on the electric side (propane needs servicing). Microwave works. Stove works. Back up cam works. TVs work. Blinds work. All outdoor compartments have functioning hydraulics except for one. Oil is about due for a change. Generator starts right up and runs well but was told needs servicing. All indoor cabinets work except for one that needs to be repaired. Stairs only rarely go down. Bedroom cabinet door is MIA. AC needs to be serviced. One curtain is missing in the bedroom. Right front stereo speaker is out, all others work. Carpet going into bathroom isn"t perfect. Levelers have a hydraulic leak. Left headlight is out. Minor cosmetic damage on rear right. Left windshield is cracked. We are somewhat flexible on the asking price as it would be very helpful for us to see it go this weekend but will hold onto it if necessary. RV is ready to be shown immediately.
