Awnings on slide-outs are in good condition, some fading on the vinyl trim, paint is good and just needs some TLC, all appliances and plumbing work great, there is some minor staining on the bedroom ceiling from camping in a bad storm, roof does not leak, tires are in good condition with ample tread depth, windshields have a few minor chips, electric entrance step is damaged, and there is an exhaust leak on the passenger side.
