1999 Damon Daybreak Motorhome. Tiny Home. Camper. RV. 29 Foot. 122,500 Miles. Very Unique. It has an artsy, beachy vibe. Surfboard and shark and minnow light show on the ceiling with remote control. We bought the motorhome from an artist/surfer dude. Runs great. The stove/oven and hot water heater run off of propane. Also includes convection oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, double sink, good size refrigerator/freezer and a second red vintage mini fridge. There is a 42 Inch TV in the front with antenna and a full size bed in the back with lots of storage underneath the bed. There is a colorful artsy bathroom with decorative sink, and a flush toilet and fan. Tub/shower combo. Currently sleeps 3 but can sleep more if you change out the couch for a futon. (I think the couch is super cool though so I couldn"t do it.) The flooring consists of newer laminate and carpet. AC doesn"t blow cold in the cab but there is a wall unit air conditioner towards the middle and a portable air conditioner in the back bedroom which blows super cold. No leaks. In excellent condition. 63 Gallon Fresh Water Tank. 42 Gallon Gray/Black Water Tank. Outside recently painted. Clean FL Title in hand. This is the coolest RV I have ever seen and it pains me to have to sell it but we are looking to purchase something a little smaller. We would like to find someone who will appreciate it for all its wonderfulness. It is currently on an RV lot in a manufactured home community. If you would like to keep it parked on this lot after you buy it, rent is $610 a month which includes electric, water and sewer. You would just need to apply at the front office. The term is month to month. We also have a little fenced in area for our dogs. If you decide to stay on the lot, we can leave the fence.
