Up for auction is a 1999 Damon Camplite pop-up camper. We bought this used about 13 years ago and used it a couple of times per year. Overall condition I would rate as very good with only one issue (see below). The cushions were removed every winter and stored in our basement. We never cooked inside or used the sink. Air conditioning, furnace, battery, propane gas tank all work without issues. The brakes on it were never used when I bought this since I towed it with a full size Toyota Tundra. The camper weighs 2400lbs dry. When I bought this from CampingWorld they gave me a 4-prong wiring harness to use. You will need to purchase a round adapter for the wiring harness if you want to use the electric brakes. Standard equipment is: - electric brakes (not used since I tow this with a Toyota Tundra) - Refrigerator (working) - Gas stove (working) - Furnace (working) - Air Conditioning (working) - 12 volt battery and Propane tank (included) There is a water tank with a pump. We never used this because we always had campsites with water hookup. The only issue that will need to be address is there is some wood rot in the front of the top cover. It doesn"t limit using the camper as-is, but will need to be addressed in the future. I was going to replace this piece of wood if we were going to keep the camper. A handyman can complete this in a few hours. Local pickup only in Grayslake, Illinois. We are about 30 miles from Chicago, right on the Illinois / Wisconsin border.
