Torsion bar axles Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children comfortably or 3 Adults comfortably. I believe this was originally advertised by manufacturer as being able to sleep 4 but in my opinion the couch that folds out to a bed is better suited for only 1 adult. We did have 3 children in it and they didn"t have any problem fitting on it. But I will say that if I personally had to sleep on the couch/bed I would want to be by myself. We purchased a brand new awning canvas but have not had a chance to change it yet. We will include the brand new replacement canvas. Tires have 3/8" tread left.
This is a nice clean 5th wheel but it is used so it is not going to be in perfect condition. Everything works as it should but there may be some minor wear, scuffs, scratches or discoloring to the floors, walls, exterior siding, etc. which is to be expected with any used camper. Buy it today, take it camping tomorrow. It is ready to go! NO LEAKS. Kelly Blue Book Value is High $6440 and Low $5340 but I am selling far below that for a quick sale.
