1999 Cottrell trailer (No Tractor). Everything is functional and it is working today. Needs TLC. There is some rust and rot throughout but is easily repairable. Passenger side bottom rail is bowed in but can be pulled out. Tires and brakes are 60% or better. Drives straight.
