I have for sale a 1999 12ft Coleman Popup tent trailer that was purchased last year and used twice. My wife and I decided to purchase a RV instead of pulling a trailer so the popup has to go.
It served us well the little bit we used it. I will come with the new weight distribution hitch and anti sway bar and add-on extention mirrors that I purchased for my Ford Escape to pull it safely even though it only weighs 1800 lbs fully loaded.
It has twin KING size beds on either end (mattresses are in good condition), and the table also will lay down to provide another twin size bed (easily sleeps 5/6), it has a 2 burner stove with a external add-on 2 burner stove, sink, small 3 way 3.8 cu. refrigerator, 35 gal. fresh water tank, 6 gal.hot water tank, furnace, 30 amp electric service with an AC to DC inverter for the lighting , 2 propane tanks w/automatic change over valve, Stand up Shower with curtain, toilet, Full 12 ft rollup awning w/screen wrap around and 4 corner stabilizing jacks.
I also recently purchased a new seal for the top but haven"t installed it.
There also is a storage compartment in front of the living quarters behind the tongue.
The dining area is in the slide out.

I am listing this AGAIN for the 3rd time due to 2 previous NON PAYING bidders and lowering the price because I have no need for it and would really like it to go to someone who is willing to take the time to do the minimal repairs that it needs to make it 100%. AS I said earlier, I already have the seal that is included in the sale (a $128 savings to the buyer).
