RV is in great working order. Runs great. Easy to drive and more importantly, park. It has 72,405 mi on the Odometer and 1684 hours on the Onan generator. Last time we took it out, brakes were replaced so they are brand new. The trip before the tires were replaced. This RV has tons of storage underneath and plenty of cupboard space inside. Very easy to drive. Sleeps up to 8 people. The rear bed is a standard queen, the couch also pulls out to a bed, kitchen table breaks down to a bed, and of course, a bed over the cab. There is a TV in the back bedroom and another in the main living area. Has a full functioning kitchen, small shower and bathroom. Fridge, stove and heater run on propane. Has working AC and all hookups are working and ready to go. Left side above cab has a small amount of water damage so it needs to be re-sealed, but that is not costly to do. It does have a manual awning as well. This RV is the perfect size to be allowed into all campgrounds and when parking in a parking lot, fits perfectly across two spaces.
