Vehicle description
If you saw this on ebay before please read the entire description again because it contains a great deal more detail and many more pictures. PLUS A LOWER RESERVE. This coach is turn key ready for reliable coast to coast transportation. I can think of absolutely nothing that this coach needs to hit the road right now. It"s over all excellent condition cannot be overstated. CHASSIS: The motor is a Caterpillar 3126B which is a 7.5 liter displacement and produces 330 hp. The motor is also equipped with an exhaust brake. The generator is a 7.5 kw Onan Quiet diesel. The suspension is an 8 bag suspension on a Magnum motorhome chassis. It has air over hydraulic brakes. It has two 12 volt chassis batteries and six 6 volt house batteries all on a slide out tray for easy service. There are two 100 watt solar panels on the roof that charge the batteries. At 106000 miles the coach underwent the recommended 100000 mile service and inspection. This was done by Cleveland Brothers and came away with flying colors. I have the The receipt for everything they did and what was included with the service plan. At about the same time it received a brand new transmission control module. I have the receipt for the TCM as well. Also, in March of this year, it received 6 brand new tires dated 0319. HOUSE: The interior of this coach is immaculate. It was built with real wood throughout. There is no pressed board or particleboard anywhere on the coach. Additionally it has real ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathroom. A real porcelain toilet. Everything in the house works exactly as it is supposed to. The Upholstery is a 9.8 out of 10. The 2 or 3 minor blemishes that keep it from being a 10 would need to be pointed out for you to notice them. Even the carpeting looks great. The coach is equipped with a washer dryer combo. The refrigerator is a four door, 14 cu. ft. with a working ice maker. Both TVs have been updated with flat screen smart TVs. The front TV has a DVD player. The TVs are wired for in motion satellite. All you need is the box. It has a full size shower. It holds 100 gallons of fresh water and 100 gallons of black and grey water all in a heated and insulated compaterment. The furnace and hot water system has been upgraded to the state-of-the-art Hurricane Furnace. This not only heats the coach with a diesel fired furnace that circulates hot coolant through heat exchangers that run throughout the coach, separated into 2 zones, but it can also preheat the diesel engine in colder climates. Or you can run the hot coolant from the engine through the heat exchangers heating the coach while traveling without using the furnace. Additionally this system eliminates the hot water tank by heating the water on demand. This provides, not only instant hot water but also, unlimited hot water. This is an amazing and an incredibly nice feature. In addition to the 50 amp electrical service, via shore power, and the 7.5 kw generator, the coach has a 2000 watt inverter. So you have many options for your electrical needs. I have all of the original books and manuals that came with the coach. BODY: The body is aluminum framing with hand laid fiberglass and gelcoat. It has full body paint using Damon automotive base coat clear coat. That is why, even now, the body has a very high sheen and will for years to come. The bay doors are aluminum, cover with fiberglass, so there will never be any warping. ISSUES: 1) The front jack can only be extended 15 inches of the available 22 inches of travel. This is due to shorter springs that are installed until the 22" springs become available. 2) The left front storage bay has a leak in a hard rain. The bay is 100% fiberglass so no damage to the coach but until I can isolate the sourse it affects what I put in it. 3) The rear leveling jacks should be lubricated to aid in retracting. 4) The motorized patio awning needs a new motor. I simply extend and retract it with a cordless drill. The motor is available from Girard Awnings. It is the 110 volt motor with the 12 volt swith. Other than that there are no other issues or idiosyncrasies with this coach. TOWING: The coach is outfitted to flat tow a vehicle using the Ready Brute Elite tow bar with brakes. I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma, with only 20000 miles, that has the other half of the flat tow hardware installed for the sytem that is on the coach. The pick up can be discussed as a separate sale. We would love to keep this coach but, sadly, we need to sell it prematurely due to difficulties associated with aging.
