1999 American Cruiser in good condition both chassis- and house-wise. We have had a lot of great trips with this RV but need something different to suit our changing circumstances. It is a GREAT couples coach.
Large wet bath. Flexible sleeping - can have one twin with a couch or a dinette, or can have two twins or can have one 72”x72” bed. Snooze bonnet and rear stand alone/attachable awning convey as well. Main awning replaced in 2017 ($1,000 value), 2 MaxxFan Deluxe vents with remotes added 2020 (more than $600 value), very comfortable new twin mattress added 2021 (priceless). Front receiver added (priceless). There is a driver"s side awning as well (original). Needs new rear entry steps and rear entry handle (less than $1,000 total, installed). Onboard generator does not work but is repairable. Solar panel is installed but it may not be functional. Dual 12V batteries.
