The private wet shower bath has a power roof and a toilet and a shower with removable shower pan, a fold down counter as well as a mirrored medicine cabinet and a vanity shelf. It also comes with a Cummins Onan 2.8 kW generator a 7000 BTU roof AC, 4 serviceable tires and a large rear exterior storage compartment which is integrated into the single piece fiberglass rear cap.
The roof has been re-sealed professionally. The engine oil has been serviced every 3000 miles. The generator is currently not installed. It has a faulty electronica board. The generator will be out if I can’t get it fixed by the time the auction is over.
