Well its time to say good bye to our office camper, We remodeled the entire Camper and only ever used it twice at our local fair This summer we had it inspected and had a new Air Conditioning unit put on .Only used for a couple of days . We paid 1200.00 last month There is a new roof and it is well sealed and there are no leaks We put new rims and tires on last year they have less than 60 miles on them The Propane tanks are new and have all upgraded Hardware . Everything works Electrically there are no issues The heat for the air conditioner was not hooked up when they put in the new air conditioner We installed Commercial laminate Flooring Hot water works There is a full Shower and tub We have never used the toilet or shower however there are no issues with the plumbing Refrigerator works great Micro wave works The stove and oven have never been used The lights are all new except for 2 all work with no issues. The large bedroom in the front of the camper we pulled the bed and cabinets out so we could make the Bedroom more like a bedroom with our own larger bed and night stand .
