This trailer has amazing potential. It"s currently set up as a mobile office, but it can be easily converted into a camping trailer or a mobile business or even a tiny house.
It was originally built as an Air Force command trailer for emergency responders. It has a heavy duty all steel frame and body, with double axles. Lots of electrical outlets, a hand pump sink, cabinets for storage, plenty of desk space, a rooftop A/C and it"s pre-wired for an on-board generator with external storage space the generator and two fuel tanks (not included) . 12 volt and 120 volt lighting inside and outside. Best of all, it has a rooftop platform with safety rails and a ladder, kids and adults love this.
8" wide x 25" long (30" with tongue) built by Wells Cargo in 1998 it weighs 4200 lbs. Interior ceiling height is roughly 6"6". Included are a spare tire, a jack, a 50 to 20 amp dogbone and a military style coupler/donut hitch and receiver.
These are the cons: It will need tires soon due to age not wear. I repaired a water leak and replaced the damaged wood. Some water got in through a window during hurricane Irma and the paneling is raised (picture included). I will include replacement panels. Trailer is not equipped with plumbing, but could be easily installed by a handy person. The outside paint is faded but still functional, could use a paint job. I can send additional pictures by request.
I have the clear FL title in hand. Offers will be considered but please no low ball offers, I"m not desperate.
