Ready to use, All doors lock , Ramp has a strong spring system and sides have shocks and latching system . Has 110 breaker box and outlets with roof vent. Bottom of rear doors is a little soft but useable . sold as/is with no returns takes a 2 5/8s ball, has been over 80 with no issues pulls well. deposit is not refundable
