| “There are very few flaws or damage to this Motorhome. There are no dents and a few scratch's on the exterior , nothing that stands out or takes away from the beauty. There is a small little noticed patch on the ceiling fabric in the kitchen as the previous owner had not sealed the top of he awning and there was a leak inside, he didn't repair it well. We have fixed it since and it is pretty well unnoticeable especially if you are unaware it is there. The only thing I can think of that may need to be replaced is the skylight over the bath tub not because it leaks or has any problems only because it is old and not looking as good as it could. Everything works as it should and she is a beautiful rig inside and out. I searched all over the US and Canada when looking for this Motorhome and this was the nicest one I found and we bought her sight unseen, except for a virtual tour by computer, and we were totally shocked when we walked into it because it was better then we thought..beautiful” |

The Xi stands for the $5,000 upgrade to this model when ordered. This Motorhome is in almost like new condition and we receive lots of ooooos and aaaahs from people visiting her because she is so bright and beautiful with lots of big windows. She has buttery soft leather captain chairs, couch, and recliner, a great surround sound with an upgraded 32" flat screen TV, lot and lots of cabinets and closets that are made of REAL wood and the closets are all cedar lined. The kitchen has a 4 door fridge freezer, a convection micro oven, a 2 burner stove and a separate large ice maker, a table that expands to fits 4-5, and lots of counter space. The bathroom has a huge glass surround bath tub shower, a cabinet with sink, med cabinet, and a separate toilet room with lots of storage cabinets, in one of the 4 closets is a washer dryer. The bedroom has an upgraded very comfy mattress, a large closet with 6 big drawers under it, lots of cabinets over and around he bed. There is sculptured carpet in living and bedroom and ceramic tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen. The heater is a diesel hurricane. The engine is a Cat diesel 300 hp with an Alison 6 speed transmission with only 89,455 miles on it. It has one big slide in the kitchen living area that makes for a big area. The awning is the biggest one I have ever seen. ALL NEW TIRES. All maintenance has been done annually.
