I am posting this for a friend. This coach has been family owned since new. This is a 1998 Newmar Dutch Star 38 foot motor home. The RV is in very good condition. The Main Salon area carpet and the linoleum in the kitchen and bath is new. The unit was owned since new by his father. The RV was Michigan Kept and stored indoors when not in use. The RV is now in Florida for the past two seasons. Everything works and operates as it should and the engine and systems have all been kept up. The engine was maintained with new belts and oil changes etc,, regularly.
The generator was replaced two seasons ago and operates perfectly.
