You can request more info or pictures by texting to 412 two60 4447 Now for the details it is a 1998 Newmar Dutchstar 38FT Diesel Pusher Motorhome. 126,500 Miles on a diesel cummings 300 HP and on a spartan chassis. They are the second owners purchased in 2003 It has 1 Slide in the Dining room/living room containing pullout couch and table and chairs. Has been serviced by a newmar service center every 3,000-5,000 miles. It is road worthy and usable as it sits. We are selling it as is due to unforeseen health reasons they can no longer travel. It has central vac system, The microwave is a convection oven also and it is new. Propane generator. There are also two safes one in bedroom cupboard and one in underbelly. There are many extras included with it. ( screen enclosure/room for awning, tow bar, blue boy, outside camper kitchen, most of the normal set up equipment is there also and many others) Set up to tow a vehicle. Slide out awning cover. Also window awning covers and tire covers. A few small issues soft spot on floor in front of refrigerator from dogs bowls splashing and leaking. The back up camera monitor will not come on. The rear air gauge is not working, garage checked it and said either gauge is bad or wire is off of it. The rear bumper and mudflap are damaged as you can see in the picture estimate was $863 Just had serviced and FL. DOT inspection. Had all new fuel lines and all new injectors replaced along with fuel filters. Also had front cabin ac serviced Over $16,000 to have it all done in May of 2018.
