Rv is clean and smells fresh and even comes with factory original fire extinguisher. This RV features many upgrades including 2 flat screen tvs, integrated speakers, 1 bluray and 1 dvd player and Auxbeam LED lighting.
All tanks, grey, fresh and black water tanks are empty including propane tanks (2 included). All exterior lighting works. Porch light is also Auxbeam LED as well as front white light.
Originally set up for 6 people, but consignee replaced one side of the dinette with a recliner. Can easily be converted back by purchaser as cushions still in the closet. Signs of previous water leaks but currently no signs of active leak and no moldy or musty smell.
Refridgerator, freezer, and microwave works, as do range hood light and fan. All systems tested other than water, heat and stove as propane and water tanks empty. When you turn on water pump you can hear it activate. Pictures of the roof included in listing.
We ask that all bidders enter into bids seriously with intention to purchase the RV. Please note that this vehicle will require a non-refundable deposit of $100 via Paypal within 24 hours of auction close. The balance is due 7 days from auction close and must be paid via cash or certified bank check (no money orders, Paypal, or personal checks). The vehicle can be stored up 15 day from auction end with payment in full, after which a storage fee will apply. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee, but you must contact me prior to auction end to ensure an agreed upon figure.
