you are looking at a good looking, good running 1998 INTERNATIONAL 3800 44 PASSENGER SCHOOL BUS. this 2 owner bus, formally owned by a local church, only has 250k miles and is powered by a 7.3L (T444E) international diesel and is attached to an allison automatic transmission. this bus is very well maintained and well taken care of. the motor is smooth and strong and the electronically controlled automatic transmission shifts through the gears with ease. the tires and air brakes are in good shape and should be able to take you where ever you wanna go without issue. there are no service lights on. except for the wiper switches working a little weird. all the controls appear to be working order.
the exterior as you can see is still in great shape. it does have some small cosmetic blemishes and a few small scratches here and there(see pictures and video) but no major dings or dents. it does need the battery compartment door replaced. the paint has a nice shine to it. the tires are in ok shape. the undercarriage is in great shape with no major rust issues or current leaks. just an overall great looking bus.
the interior as you can see is in good shape. the seats show their age well. heat works great. everything minus the radio appears to be in complete working order. please watch the video as it will go into detail more about the interior and its condition. this bus is a pleasure to drive and would have no issues taking it across the country.
