Up for auction is our 1998 Four Seasons Chateau Sport. This is a really sound RV, someone is going to get a good unit. Pros: Chevy 350 V8 Vortex engine, runs and starts well Heavy 4L80E transmission, shifts smooth Onan 4500 watt generator, with low hours and works well Low mileage at 73,000 Due to its shorter length,its easy to drive, park and city driving Mechanically sound, ready for travel Newer tires with excellent tread All cabin mechanicals work well, furnace with thermostat, cabin AC, hot water heater, control panel Large auto switch electric/propane refrigerator, stove with rare oven, exhaust fan, microwave 12 volt TV with built in DVD player on swing out mounting All plumbing works as it should, all valves are tight Side windows have dual pull down shades Interior is in very good condition
Cons: The cabin fiberglass is showing its age,some waves, the worst being behind the drivers side cab up high and decal cracking, paint chip on front hood, minor passenger quarter panel damage could use repair with corner trim No electric seats, locks or windows Some previous water damage from AC condensate (has been repaired) Antenna is not hooked to radio but (CD and bluetooth work well) Headlights could use replacement We have described the above to the best of our knowledge and encourage you to come and inspect the vehicle. if you have any questions, please call Gary at 219-309-7990.
