Good running Class A motorhome on a Chevy P30 chassis with a 454 FI motor. This motorhome only has 44,107 actual miles. New tires installed 04/18. A clean motorhome with the refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven working as needed. The hot water heater works on propane. The A/C blows cold. The TV was updated to HDTV. The bedroom TV has the didgtal box. The awning is in good shape. This RV is comfortable and ready for the lake. Lots of storage inside and out. This is an older motorhome so it does have some issues that never really affected us when we went camping. The negatives are: The dash A/C doesn"t work. The generator is not original and doesn"t start from inside the coach. The generator needs a good tune up. We never used it, always plugged into shore power. A water stain inside the bedroom around the fantastic fan on the ceiling. This RV does NOT leak. Leak was fixed by previous owner. The self leveling jacks do not function. Cannot get them to lower. Just used leveling blocks to level. The black tank sensors do not read correctly. We just knew to dump after 3 to 4 days. A few day/night shades need replacing. Do not function properly. Normal scratches and dings. Some minor delamination on driver side area. This is a nice motorhome for a couple or small family wanting to get started in camping with a small budget. A reliable motorhome to begin your camping adventures. For sale locally so can end sale early. As is no warranty.
