This a really nice clean and well maintained motor home. It has 49,400 miles and 1100 hours on the Onan generator.It has a 2 year old new roof, transmission rebuilt and warranted 1000 miles ago. The engine has had all new electronics installed including a new ECM, starter, distributor, torque sensor, plugs and plug wires.It has a K&N air filter and Banks exhaust system. The tires have approximately 3000 miles on them. The left rear jack leaks a little oil. That is the only known defect. The two front seats both swivel and recline. The driver has his own door. The driver and passenger have their own ceiling mounted fan as well as dash mounted A/C. The motor home has two roof mounted A/C units that work well. In the kitchen there is a 3 burner gas stove with oven. There is a vented hood for the stove. It is equipped with a microwave convection oven. The double stainless sinks give you plenty of clean up room. The bathroom has a multi function door and the bedroom has a sliding door so as to configure the bathroom separate from the rest of the home or just the front or rear. It is equipped with a shower and sliding shower door. The bedroom has a queen bed that raises for full storage underneath. The bedroom has two large closets with high and low bars. There are a number of storage drawers and two large open shelves. One of the shelves has a cable connection for a television. There is a television in the front for watching TV prior to retiring. I cannot tell you how much exterior storage this coach has, but it is more than a family of four will use on a week long trip.
