We have had this Motor home in our family from day 1.It shows 2 owner on the car fax / auto check because of name change and address. We bought it new. When we lived at Payleys Island SC, we. moved to Sumter SC. When we aren"t using It has been kept under our r.v. shed. The is a great motorhome. We have all original paper work in hand including build sheet, delivery sheet, all books and service records from day one to date. This r.v. has a Ford drivetrane engine and automatic transmission with overdrive. Tilt cruise, delay wipers,adjustable mirrors. Cab ac works great. Leveling jacks , Onan generator runs great & quiet. Dual Air conditioning with thermostat settings. Propane heat, stove" refrigerator with ice maker works on either propane our electricity. This coach drive great. Bilistene shocks, along with heavy duty brakes, steering stabilizer, etc. His & hers closests, basement storage is very spacious and convenient. Towing package includes both plugs, for electric brakes, or not. Please do not hesitate to come view and drive this RV. Its certainly has been good to us and has lots of life left in it. I don"t think you can find a better piece being a 1998 anywhere at any price. We are setting the reserve low for an absolute sell. So bid with confidence !
