This is my 1998 Fleetwood Flair RV Motorhome. Chevy 454 with about 53,000 miles on it. This camper drives well and camps well. You can dry camp no problem or hook up to shore no problem. The 4000 Watt generator will run everything if you are dry camping and need power. We usually just use battery to run things but fire up generator if we want AC or coffee, microwave, etc. AC is newer and is ducted inside. Converter is fairly new. 22 foot awning just replaced this year. No leaks and plenty of basement storage. Good amount of storage inside as well. No slides. We hate to see this go as I got it just the way I want it but we have things going on that make it hard for us to keep and use. Only issues with this is the ABS light is on because of a broken sensor but brakes work fine (just no anti lock). Fixable but I never got around to it. Also, electric step rusting out. Still works but I put supports under it to be safe. That"s it. I just got back from beach and everything worked awesome.
