Selling our great little Discovery with 107,500 miles. Have owned it 3 years and are third owners. We did regular maintenance and fixed anything that broke. However, now selling our house and bought a larger RV so that we can full time. RV has Cummins 275 HP, averages 9.75 MPG, and is easy to maneuver. Safe-T-Plus steering bar and rear Air Tabs also improve the drive/ride. 6 Michelins tires were installed in 9-2 016, chassis batteries replaced in 12-2015, and coach batteries in 2016. No accidents and never smoked in but we have a small Pekingese dog. Coach was always cleaned and carpets steamed after every trip. Roof in good shape as RV was always stored inside until 1-2018 when we moved it to a pad at the house. One living room slide, large curb side awning, HYD levelers, queen bed, 2 jack-knife couches, 3 burner propane stove, double sink, new microwave / convection oven, upgraded Dometic 2 door refrigerator with door ice and water (never hooked up), dinette with recovered cushions, flat screen TV in bedroom with DVD player, dash radio is AM/FM/cassette with front and rear speakers, front TV was removed and cabinet made into storage, curtain closes off cockpit from cabin, 2 ceiling vent fans with outside covers, 2 AC units, 2 propane furnaces, 6 gal propane hot water, 6.5 Onan generator, 30 amp electrical with installed Surge Guard protector, and 2 propane tanks (40 gallons for GEN and 25 gallons for everything else.) The following upgrades and maintenance have been done since 9-2015: 4 new air bags and 3 new air valves, new engine hoses-belts, most chassis AC system equipment (except compressor), steam cleaned engine-transmission-CAC-radiator, blow-by slobber tube, all front brake components and bearing, coach and chassis batteries, body bushing and torque arms, gaskets for manifolds and turbo, 6 Michelin tires, installed Safe-T-Plus steering bas, rebuilt inverter/charger, replaced most leaking fresh water in walls and slide, Sharpe microwave/convection oven, kitchen sink faucet, shower head and tubing, shower door handle and lock, installed 30 amp Surge Guard, installed Air Tabs, installed coach battery disconnect switch, replaced all gas cylinders for doors, new GFIC plugs, rebuilt front and rear furnaces (mud daubers), new water heater control board, new GEN control board, rerouted chassis AC evaporate water drain away from generator, new front step motor and gear box, 2 new front windshields and gasket, flat screen TV for bedroom, porch light, recovered dinette and large couch cushions, rebuilt and repainted front external mirrors, added roof vents covers, replaced bath vent with Fan-tasic 1200, and new Dometic refrigerator installed in 2014 before we bought the bus.
