My parents bought this new when they retired in 1998. They had 20 years of enjoying it and wintering in Arizona. In October 2017 after servicing and preparing for another trip south, my father had a stroke that kept them from traveling. The motor home has not moved since although it it has been started and kept lubricated. I do know that the furnace needs work as does the roof air conditioner unit. It was serviced and ready to go in Oct. 2107 and I"m sure mechanically it is sound and in great shape. I am not by any means RV knowledgeable but with some TLC I am sure it will serve the new owner for many more miles. Thank you.
