1998 Fleetwood Flair 25Y Runs great drives great interior very nice condition exterior nice condtion no delam no leaks all cabinets clean shower heat air sink all work great its was winterized in October all lights work great floor plan new front tires brakes shocks brake lines calipers rotors the whole nine, new fuel line over the summer and gas hose, rides smooth down the road shifts really smooth I took it on a 400 mile trip over the summer no problems nice shower toilet sink queen size bed only 66000 original miles well taken care of have all manuels , one of the house batteries died over the winter no rust issues great rv great price Also in all the cabinents on the outside are clean like new rust free theres no awning but a replacement is available on ebay ALL WALLS CEILING FLOORS COMPLETELY SOLID the only negative thing about this rv is that the house battery died and the generator is dead from it it was running over the summer easy repair selling as is runs great drive anywhere reliable Last Chance if it doesn"t sell im selling it locally for more because the low retail is 12570 theres a 1997 bounder for 24000 lol flairs are the best spent about 5000 in advertising it
