Vehicle description

Out of area buyers are welcome, but you must come tow it away. If you want to split the distance, I"m willing to meet you half way as long as you cover my gas/tolls/food/etc for my part of the trip. I have a clean title in hand and this trailer passed MD inspection a few months ago. I have the paperwork from its inspection, but you will have to get it re-inspected since 30 days has passed.
This Coleman Grandview PopUp Camper has three slide-outs! T wo slide out king beds, along with a slide out dining area. This is one of the largest pop up campers made by Coleman and it"s been a lot of fun. This is actually the 2nd one I"ve owned. Leveling jacks at all four corners are included. Crank to put jacks and camper up and down also included.
Tanks and Water lines were pressure tested and there are no leaks with any of the internal plumbing. Camper includes a sink and a Propane Stove. External Propane tanks included. Trailer has brakes equipped and a battery backup for the brakes. The tent fabric is in good condition considering its age, but there are a few patches where the screens had to be repaired. All in all the camper is in excellent condition for its age.
Typical to the 90s" Coleman campers, the ABS roof cover has cracks and needs to be repaired. Photos included of where it was repaired before, and the other side where it needs to be repaired. But let me be clear, the roof does NOT leak at all! The roof is structurally rigid and is in good condition. It"s simply the ABS plastic 1/8" thick cover that"s cracked. I was going to be repairing it this fall, but I ran out of time. That"s the reason for the price. I"ve seen these sell for 6k to 9k. There are two methods for fixing the roof. A) repair it the way it has been done before with epoxy and rubber sealant or B) fix it the right way. Fixing the roof the right way would take about $500 hundred dollars but at least a day or two of sweat effort. A new roof rubber seal costs about $150 on ebay. The best way to fix the roof is to rip off the ABS, paint on a polyurethane coat onto the foam shell and then use a specific Bed liner material to cover the foam. I will supply all this information to you if you wish.
Due to it being winter, the camper is closed up, but I will open it up and show you everything if you are seriously interested. Camper is located in Western Maryland.
