Previously owned by a professional couple. Never used for living purposes. Only for traveling or vacationing. Well maintained. It is a 1998 Coachman Leprechaun model. Has a very good V10 Vortec engine and automatic transmission. Cruises at 65 mph with no problems. The engine doesn’t overheat. Power windows and locks. Tilt steering wheel. Cruise control. The dash air conditioning system throws cold air except the cold air comes out through the defroster vent. Need to get that checked. Its not a major repair. The Coachman Leprechaun motorhome is built on a Ford chassis model, E-40. Exterior length is 31’6 feet. Interior width is 8 feet and interior height is 6’6 feet. Fresh water capacity is 50 gallons with water pumps. L.P. gas capacity is 85. Furnace rating 31. Has generators and outside panels for electrical connections. Top roof Air conditioner unit and compressor works except needs the fan blade. Sleeping capacity is 6 persons. Cabover coverts to bunk bed when not using the optional cab entertainment center with color tv. The motorhome has slider windows with privacy curtains. Also has the optimal outside entertainment center panel with speakers and outlet. All appliances work. Large refrigerator with a top freezer. Large microwave. 3 burner range with oven. Double Stainless steel sinks. Bathroom and showers are separate. Has cherry cabinets with lots of storage space, sofa converts to bed, dinette table can bestowed to make extra space. Has lots of optional equipment such as the outside entrance steps are power operated. Emergency start switch, color tv. Speaker system in dining area. Air assist suspension system. Rear twin beds bedroom with full wardrobe, stainless wheel inserts. Have Clean title to the Class C motorhome. The registration and inspection needed to be renewed on September 1, 2021.
