Up for auction is a 1998 Coachmen Leprechaun 30"6" Class C Motorhome with 52,438 miles. This unit was just driven here 75 miles from where we picked it up. The engine is Ford 6.8L V10 Gas with automatic transmission. It runs and drives great. The exterior has good condition striping, 16" wheels with chrome simulators and dual rear wheels and tires are in good shape, the fronts are excellent but 2 outside rears have some dry rot cracks still have great tread. The generator is an Onan 4000 with 595 hours that runs great. This has a full water system with hot water heater 6 gallon, furnace, roof A/C. The cab has teal leather/cloth front seats with a teal green carpet. The cab has power windows, power door locks, tilt cruise and A/C. The front overhang has a bunk with mattress and privacy curtain. the living room has a cloth jack knife sofa with matching dinette booth, dometic refrigerator, 3 burner stove/oven microwave, and vinyl kitchen and bath floor. The hallway has closets on the left side walking to the rear and the bathroom is across. The bathroom has a full door, toilet, sink, vanity and mirror. It has the stand up shower with tub and sliding door. The bedroom is at the far rear and has the walk around bed with mattress, windows, upper cabinets and corner TV cabinet. Some of the blinds have fallen off a few windows and may need replacing. The front bunk has some flaking off paneling and the exterior looks like it was re-sealed at some point, the lower wall behind the passengers seat has some soft spots(see pics). Overall it is in good condition for the year, has normal average use from over the years. It is 30 amp service. The rear bumper has some rust and a dent in the corner, this also has the firestone ride rite system.
