Offered here is our 1998 Chinook Concourse as pictured. We"ve enjoyed this RV immensely but will be moving out of state so must sell (new home not equipped to store RV). Includes many extras including full cover, custom couch and dinette covers, wireless headset system, hitch extender and all hook up components. Has recent Michelin tires all around. Seat belts for 9 passengers. Couch and dinette convert to king bed. Interior and exterior showers. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove top, microwave, AC"s, water heater, TV (with DVD player), roof powered vents, antenna and on board generator all work great. There are 56K miles on the RV. This concourse features the E350 chasis and v10 engine. Vehicle records and manuals will be included with the sale. Overall condition of the exterior is quite good (as pictured). There is currently no awning installed (planned to acquire electric unit but hadn"t yet done so). Please let me know if there are any questions.
