Up for auction is a Good condition 1998 Casita Spirit Standard 16ft camper trailer.

Exterior: Shell in great shiny condition, No accidents, no cracks except for Spider cracks on the front of the trailer - these small stress cracks are not deep enough to cost any water leaks or does not affect the structural integrity.
Interior: clean original interior, no water leaks, no flood. Rear dinette table converts into a full size bed, side dinette converts into a single bed, and a single bed up front.
Chassis: 3” high lift suspension, 14" tires/wheels, chassis has some minor surface rust.
Services recently performed: * Brand new Walmart marine battery * All plumbing functions, lines, connections, valves all inspected * Wheel bearings repacked / re-greased, brakes serviced * LED interior lighting * All exterior windows have been re-sealed * All new exterior rivet caps
All electric, plumbing, interior/exterior lighting, propane lines, stove, fridge have been tested and in 100% functioning condition.
This camper will be setup at a local Rv resort so the buyer’s can test out all functionalities.
Clean Texas title in hand, Texas state inspection completed.
Buyer is responsible for item pickup within 14 days of auction end date, seller can assist in obtaining transportation quotes.
Winning buyer is required to pay a non refundable $500.00 deposit via PayPal after auction ends.
