1998 Alpenlite Appletree 34 foot 5th wheel. 2 slide outs and everything is in immaculate condition other than sun fading of the outside decals and a few missing window curtains. I just spent 2,000 on repairs to the a/c and furnace systems. There is a brand new, 3 day old Samsung smart tv, a stereo system. All the wood is hard wood and the coach spent it"s life as a garage queen and the roof has no leaks as there has been 6 inches of rain in Alabama this past week. Now for full disclosure, I bought this over the summer, intended to use it as a winter getaway. I unfortunately had a motorhome fire coming home last year and this is too much for me as I just hit 75 and I rv alone. My rving days are over. Someone will get a very good deal. All systems work as intended. This is a very very solid unit and should give many carefree years of service. Central vacuum, 2 fantastic fans, enclosed awning, microwave, oven, good queen sized bed. Storage and more storage, central vacuum, 2 propane tanks with switch over valve. All hoses, wheel covers included.
