Vehicle description
I have replaced almost everything in this travel trailer so it would be in perfect working condition. I have the service paperwork.
Structure: Floors were rotted because many years parked in a field. Replaced with 3/4 plywood and 1" installation foam. Walls and cabinets were all sanded, primed, and painted 5 new tires as well as brake lines and bearings inspected New bathroom vent cover
Important operating systems: Water lines were all repaired or replaced New ShurFlo water pump New Deep cycle battery Furnace/water heater were cleaned and full operational- very hot 2 new propane tanks with lines all cleaned and checked
Decor and added items: Dining seats were re-upholestered and foam cleaned Table sanded and painted Fixtures painted Since remodeling the floor, the bed had to be restructured New Thetford aqua toilet New Shower head with multiple settings New Zinus Memory foam 10" twin mattress - doesn"t fill the space entirely but extremely comfortable Motion sensor solar panel for entrance New LED light bulb (I still have the original bulbs if interested in warm lighting)
Everything works really well in this camper even though it is older but might need a few pint touch ups. Message me with any questions.
