Paste link into a browser window: [isdntekvideo] You are looking at a good looking good running 1998 36FT DAMON ULTRASPORT CLASS A MOTOR HOME This recent new rv trade 19000 MILES although verified by AutoCheck it was traded in ,in the State of PA and anything over 20 years old they call it (miles exempt) and as a MD dealer we have to sell it TMU (true miles unknown) The generator with only 300 hours fires right up and runs the ac, microwave, heat, lights .The rear ac works fine the front one is noisy and sometimes doesn"t come on. It is also equipped with 50 amp cord to plug in at campgrounds. It is equipped with the strong and dependable 275 horsepower Caterpillar 3126B Diesel engine that runs strong and the transmission shifts through all the gears. Also has air brakes Hits the road pretty good ,it is a 1998 so there are some rattles here and there , but all in all its in good shape for its age The interior as you can see by the pictures looks good, cushions, carpets. Beautiful wood trim No signs of smoking , ceilings and floor all solid slide out works .The carpets need cleaning there are some old stains and on curtains and ceiling some small wall paper tares (not that big of a deal ) The drivers power seat not working (wire separated could be easy fix dont know) Also do not know about water system .Did not see any leaks The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures ,roof in good condition .Roof in good condition but ladder going to roof needs work. L ower convex part of outer drivers side mirror needs replace Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we drove it over 100 miles and handles well no problem lights worked All in All great fixer upper with solid engine and generator reasonably priced Lower convex part of outer drivers side mirror needs replace
