The original owner had tried to fix the water damage but made it worse.
My dad and I worked on it for 2 1/2 months to turn it into a box truck. I use it for my delivery and moving business. Every week to deliver foam cups to gas stations in Kokomo, Elwood, and Tipton, Indiana.
I travel anywhere from 100 to 400 miles a week with the truck, so I know it’s reliable. 50 gallons usually lasts about 350 miles.
It is made of 2x4s and sheets of Duraplate (Wabash material). It is sturdy in every fashion.
I wanted to make it into an RV again, but as my family grows, it is not reasonable to do this. We need a larger RV.
Since we designed the whole truck, we know how to take it apart or how to make it better. I am willing to work with the buyer to design a motor home out of it.
I still have the original windows, couch, water tank, grey water tank, couch, and seat belts to go with it. Let me know if that would be an interest to you.
It runs smoothly every time I drive. The check engine like recently turned on after I got stuck on a road. Still runs smoothly though.
