| “Used with low original miles. Needs some cabinetry repaired and front seats and barrel chair will need to be reupholstered. The rear interior portion looks brand new cosmetically and truly reflects only 9k miles. The skylight had a leak at one point in time which effected the kitchen cabinets and folding table. The ceiling is lightly discolored and the headliner above the kitchen and will need to be reglued. We have fixed the overhead leak and it held up against the heavy rains here this late Spring. Low Original Miles! Take Advantage of Us Being Too Busy! We took this 1997 Rialta FD Twin with 9K miles in on trade. Since we primarily carry 2001-2005 Rialta models, this is not a unit that we will be restoring so we are offering it here on eBay. We simply do not have the extra time to recondition this unit in addition to our current workload. This Rialta features the very popular but not as common FD Twin model with twin beds and an unheard of original mileage of only 9K miles. This unit runs and drives great and we will make sure it is mechanically sound prior to its departure. We hold the title and the unit is in fact, accident-free. If purchased in California it will be smogged and registered prior to taking it home. On a scale of one to ten, we would give this unit a 7. The low mileage is reflected in the rear portion of the vehicle, from the bathroom to the back. This area is nearly perfect functionally as well as cosmetically. You can see in the photos the beds, cabinets, and carpet looks virtually untouched. Here"s our take on what needs to be fixed to make it a 10 out of 10: The previous owners had this vehicle in storage where it developed a leak in the skylight. The headliner from the bathroom area forward will need to be cleaned and re glued. The upper cabinets in the kitchen area have some water damage and can be easily replaced or repaired. The counter top will need new t-molding, if not fully replaced, depending on how persnickety you are. The lower cabinet under the sink will need the wood at the bottom replaced. The carpet is in good shape, we will shampoo it but otherwise does not exhibit any signs of water damage. The barrel chair behind the two captain"s chairs will need to be replaced. This chair is commonly removed on many Rialtas and exchanged for a bigger chair or removed completely and replaced with an ottoman that doubles as a seat and storage. The interior wall next to the barrel chair will need to have new wallpaper/contact paper applied as the old wallpaper does have some residual water damage This is also happening immediately to the left of the coach door at the entrance. The folding table we affectionately refer to as the breakfast nook will need some of the lower wood components replaced ( see photos ). The front driver and captains chairs do show some sun damage and the chairs will need to be reupholstered. The exterior of the Rialta will need a fresh coat of clear and maybe the old graphics removed ( they"re so old they may just be cool again! ) We have resealed the roof and it has held up against several major rainstorms without any detectable leaks. There is a crease on the lower panel on the driver"s side as well as areas that will need buffed on the passenger side and driver"s side. Simple paint fixes. Other than these items, the Rialta is in great condition and would be the perfect fit for someone that"s handy and is looking for a great low mileage Rialta at a great low price.
