| “Classic 1997 Volkswagen Rialta Eurovan Motorhome 16 to 18 MPG!I would classify it as a Survivor. She is pretty much original except for things that have needed fixing. It dose have new brakes, Drive CV axles, and newer tires. Aftermarket flat screen tv, a dvd player, and inverter, with 2 deep cell batteries. It runs well, It drives as it should, Shifts smooth. The tires are nice, 70 or 80% no dry rot. The body is straight no damage, It has some fading, minor scratches, or paint ware in places. The inside is very nice for the age, The front seats have different fabric than the rest so they may have been replaced at some point. The front seats are captains chairs that swivel to face the rear. There are 2 "jump seats" behind the front, they turn into a bed for 2 people. In the back it has 2 bench seats and a table that turn into a double bed. some fabric shows ware. All of the glass is good, the windows and lights work as they should Generator with 266 hours on the meter.” |

The joy of owning and driving a classic Volkswagen Rialta Motorhome is indescribable! It"s not just a motorhome it"s a VW lifestyle. When I"m in the Rialta I tell people I"m on "Mountain time", everyone needs more mountain time! Everyplace you go VW people wave and give the thumbs up. Everyone wants to see the inside, and ask questions about it. All it needs is a custom paint job to be a real "hippy van". I"d ad solar if I was to keep it. A few things that make these so great include: 16 to 18 mpg. (and it will go 80 mph) It can be parked in almost any parking space. It sits nice and low so it"s easy to get in and out of. Sleeps 4, It has seatbelts for 8 people. It"s small enough to drive around. Built from 4 pieces of formed fiberglass on a welded aluminum frame, and a VW Eurovan. So it"s very solid! It dose have a bathroom with slide out walls. outdoor shower, fridge, stove, sink, microwave, tv, dvd player, Roof top AC! Yes that"s all in there! It has everything. except solar.
