This is very nice and clean very desirable Class B motor home . This 1997 Winnebago Rialta 22 RD is built on the very hard to find Volkswagen Chassis with the V-6 and gets an amazing 18-20 MPG . This is the most fuel efficient motor home you can buy ! Only 21.8 ft. long and is a low profile . Very easy to drive and park and if you can drive a mini van then you can drive this motor home ! Very low miles (only 68,000) and everyone knows the great reputation and longevity of German engineering and Volkswagen in particular This Rialta has four wheel disc brakes also has a generator that runs great plus a rear storage area. All fiberglass body and roof so a lot less leak worries then your standard motor home, Surface scratch on driver side. This motor home is ready to take camping anywhere in the country. The interior looks great, real leather seats and everything works. The front cab has cold dash air, power windows, power locks and cruise control. One very nice feature I like about this VW is the fact it has a roof rear AC and heat to keep the back of the coach warm or cool! Behind the cab is a side kitchen with 3-way RV refrigerator that can run on Electric, LP Gas or Battery, Stainless Steel Sink, LP stove top and small electric oven. Very unique side bathroom with hot shower built in. Rear twin bed, removable table, cold roof air, new spare tire and more! Upgrades include overhead color TV and Kenwood radio system set up for Sirius FM and Bluetooth also includes a backup camera. Has four leather seats and can easily sleep two adults and two children. A full cover is also included. This has everything a big motor home has but in a small package!
