Up for sale is my 1997 Winnebago Rialta 22rd. RVIA technician owned, well sorted. Exterior; Recent roof reseal, full body reseal. New windshield/gasket New Carefree 12ft box awning with canvas fabric and o/e lights (comes with additional replacement led light strip) Front tires 9/32 tread, 1 year old Rear tires 10/32 tread, new. No rust. Interior; Professionally redone, new floor, (easy to clean vinyl replaced the factory carpet), new cabinets, wood countertops. Full bath and shower. Appliances; Wfco 2000w peak pure sine wave pass threw inverter with remote switch installed. This is wired to every outlet and (passes threw) shore power. Essentially every outlet is inverter or shore power with the push of a button. Furnace; new thermostat, recent service, works good Water heater; relocated switch, new heating element, working good Ac; original Coleman unit, working great. (Also includes a new Coleman 13.5k btu penguin Ac) Residential refrigerator powered by inverter/shore power Two new 27 series deep cycle coach batteries will run refer for days. New Carbon monoxide/propane detector. Microwave, original Samsung works good. Two Bluetooth stereos dash/rear, new Polk speakers, with a switch to select speaker source. Water system, fully functional no leaks. Holding tanks, throughly sanitized. Generator; this rialta did not have a generator when I purchased it. I have priced one out and could professionally install it for the right buyer. With the inverter you can run everything but the coach Ac.
VW eurovan; Fresh oil change, new spark plugs and plug wires. New battery, New pa state inspection, Runs/ drives good, cold ac. Will also charge coach batteries while driving. General; This motor home has aluminum sides, aluminum roof, it’s built to last. This is a clean modernized example. I work in the rv industry and know what common complaints with any camper are. I have painstakingly went threw this rialta to resolve any potential issues. Could also work into the sale installing essentially anything (solar panels/controller, satellite, WiFi ranger, outside speakers, exc) Only selling because my family has outgrown it.
