Amazing Vehicle;
Tuned up as well and A/C charged (just over a year ago about 5K miles ago). New front tires, ball joints and alignment, new hub caps.
Exterior
The exterior is in nice shape. I have also just installed new hubcaps.The chassis has been maintained and is in excellent condition.
Interior:
The interior of this Rialta is in excellent shape. The carpet and upholstery is in excellent condition overall All appliances are functioning properly. Has not been smoked in.
Options - Generator 2800 Watt Generac- completely serviced with only 100 hours on it. New fuel pump carburetor. tuneup oil change. Starts easily from outside or inside. Quiet and powers everything nicely. just spent $1000. On new fuel lines and the tuneup etc. * * Also a $100.00 Silicone Generator exhaust tube was made to keep Generator fumes away from the RV, great option for peace of mind.

I purchased this RV from the Original senior owner who purchased it new for $45,000. I spent $2500. in maintenance and upgrades like a water filter, water pressure valve, winterizing equipment, Transmission service including adding the Transmission dipstick (did not come with one from the factory). This way you will always be confident on checking the transmission fluid level and able to check the fluid color. I also had a complete tune up and maintenance on the Generator, it works perfectly. It just had a synthetic oil change and the Safety Inspection is good until 12/2020. * * Note can possibly assist driving it to you and or driving part way. To be discussed.
