Vehicle description
Up for auction is an absolutely gorgeous and nearly flawless 1997 Safari Trek by Monaco. The model is a 2480, and it measures 25 feet long. It is on a General Motors Chassis with a 454 Vortech engine. It has 61598 miles. It has an all aluminum exterior siding with full paint and painted stripes. (No Tape) It has the signature Trek mural on the back, which is in very good condition. It has a 4000 watt Onan generator, which runs and puts out proper power. Other options and features include thermal pane windows, ducted roof air, metal wrapped awning, window awning, stainless steel wheel liners, fiberglass rear cap, trailer hitch, power step, solid surface counters, built in TV, crank up antenna, swivel captains chairs, ceiling mounted king sized power bed, large double door gas and electric refrigerator, microwave, hardwood floor and cabinets. The all original upholstery is in great condition. The bathroom is in the rear and very large. You could get a wheel chair into it. This coach is in truly excellent condition, you must see it to believe it.
The RV has some scratches in the body paint, the window by the passenger and driver seats have condensation build up the dual pain windows due to a bad seal, scratch on the wood floor in the kitchen area, there is a small part of the ceiling has started to come unglued were there is a termination seam. I have pictures of flaws and will send upon email request. This is in really good condition for its age and the small issues it has is more normal wear on the coach then it being abused or not maintained properly. All appliances as we know are in working order but this is sold as is. For an additional $800 we can provide a prep(making sure all major RV appliances are fully working order). I do know the brakes are in good working order because we just fixed them.
