Vehicle description

I love this Motor Home but Eye sight and age forces me to sell. New List Price $223,000 I am the 2nd owner, driving it 18K of the 30K miles. In my opinion, this is ONE Great RV. Don"t miss this opportunity to own it. Computerized 300HP Cat with 6 speed Allison, cruise, exhaust brakes, color rear view camera and surround sound. It has a Magnum chassis with BFG Velvet ride and ABS brakes. New General tires 6/2018 ($2600), new coach batteries (4) July 2018. Engine Oil/filter, lube, fuel and water separator filters changed July/Aug 2018. Cedar lined closets with abundance of high end wood cabinets/doors and drawers. Dinner table (with 2 leafs) seats 4 See 2 place and 4 place pictures. Rear Queen bed, 2 door refrig/freezer, separate icemaker. Near new GE Profile Adventium PROGRAMABLE 4x speed convection or microwave oven. The couch makes into a twin bed with considerable storage below that is accessable from the lower front panel, or by raising the seat. A fold up coffee table, when needed is stored in cabinet opposet the couch. Front and rear roof air, with 4 ceiling vents (one with thermostat elec fan). Washer/Dryer. Makeup mirror with lights, chair and cosmetic drawer in bedroom. Has forced air furnace. Nice Corian countertops double sinks with Corian sink covers, marble hallway. Nice tub/shower (Tub is 42" long X 23"wide X 10" to rim) with skylight and vanity. Enclosed toilet with upper/lower cabinet storage and vent. Freedom inverter, Onan liquid propane generator (115 hrs). Extended stay adaptor to use external propane bottles. Turn Key sale with pots, pans, silverware , dishes, coordinated towels, sheets, etc. etc. Also includes sewer lines/trays/ramps, electric 50 amp/30amp pigtails. Note there are no slides - good news is that the "basement" is wide open from L door to R door and from front wheels to rear wheels. See photo that includes the fresh water tank and ducts for Forced air furnace. Freedom Inverter, Onan liquid generator (115 hours). Has large Propane tank with "extended stay" adaptor that fits grill tanks up to larger 40# bottles. (otherwise the rig must be moved for refill) At 21 years old, some cosmetic conditions can be expected. The body has aluminum siding that is painted. The clearcoat on RH side of the motor home has some clear coat deterioration as noted on some of the photos (caught more sun on that side). It has 5 dual pane (for insulation) window assemblies that the inner seal has slipped between the windows due to pressure variation. They function fine, but could be a cosmetic issue. These window assemblies also contain a single pane sliding window / screen for nice ventilation. I have posted the max # of photos, but will see if I can delete one photo and take/post window photo. At the upper LH corner of the roof, a leak was noticed recently. The roof was resealed, however the inside headliner has some discoloration in a couple of places. New Struts on basement doors One door has a crease along the bottom that occurred in my driveway. This is an exceptional RV, however I would suggest you come look it over or have my RV shop do an inspection for you.
