Up for auction is this 1997 44 ft enclosed car trailer in good condition. It comes completely equipped with hydraulic ramps, tire racks, countless quality heavy duty locking steel cabinets, multiple fluorescent light fixtures, dual heating/air conditioning units, many interior and exterior electrical receptacles. The roof hatch opens up to a railed roof patio. The total length of the trailer is 44 feet, made up of the 6 foot gooseneck apron, which offers additional an storage area, accessible from both interior and exterior doors, followed by the 38 foot interior enclosed trailer area. All features are fully operational including all exterior lights.
I purchased this trailer from the original owner approximately 18 months. He had the trailer custom built by S & S Welding Inc. in Greenwood, NE. He told me that he carried three race cars in it; two on top of lower cabinets and one underneath raised ramps. I have no idea what type of cars were carried in it and am just passing on the information that I was given by the original owner. I purchased the trailer and have used it for the sole purpose of storage container/office during a personal major building project at my residence. It has been used for storage of building materials, supplies and tools, and remains in the original spot it was parked when I brought it home in October 2017. At that time, as today, the trailer does not have tags/plates. I obtained a temporary permit to pull the trailer from Houston to its" current location.
Being 22 years old, it is not in perfect or new condition, but flaws are few and minor, with the trailer NOT in need of any type of major work or repair, but a few cosmetic details.
