Due to health concerns and pending surgery, the previous buyer had to pull out of the sale before he ever even saw the van. I completely understand his situation and I"m relisting.
1997 Roadtrek Versatile 200 Chevy 3500. This RV has everything you need inside, with tons of storage inside and out. Fixed full-size bed and front seating area provide excellent living space. Recently serviced engine and replaced gaskets ensuring all seals are tight and there are NO ENGINE LEAKS. She has SUPER LOW miles and a strong engine, and my mechanic says she"s ready to roll for many more miles with regular maintenance. Chevy AC blows cold, as does the house AC. Propane furnace. 2-burner stovetop. 3-way refrigerator/freezer, with a new door gasket that seals tightly to keep your food/drinks at the temp range you select. Generator starts right up with one push of a button. Updated plumbing to ensure there"s both interior and exterior shower. Water tanks are each leak-free. House battery is just a half-year old, as is the inverter. Given the age of this RV, I am selling this Roadtrek As-Is.
This van has lived its life in the southern US. It has not suffered the effects of snow, ice and salt we see in NJ. Very minimal chassis rust and the rest is fiberglass. All systems work - plumbing, electric, heat/AC, refrigerator, water pump, etc.
I love this van and have had tons of fun in it. I"ve traveled near and far, met wonderful people and had grand adventures. This van averages ~15mpg on the highway, and I often drive it locally. It"s just that comfortable and easy to drive.
